When will my order be shipped?

Our garments are made to order in order to avoid overproduction and excess stock. The process of cutting, making and preparing your order takes around 3 weeks, and you can ask us where is your garment at any point.

When your garment is ready to be shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking info. You will be able to follow the whole journey until your order reaches you.

We use DHL Express for all shipments (national and international).

  • Shipping to Andorra: 15€
  • Shipping to Europe: 30€
  • Shipping to the USA: 37€
  • Shipping to the rest of the world: 59€
Shipping times
  • Shipping to Spain: It will arrive the next business day.
  • Shipping to EU customers: 2 – 3 business days after dispatch.
  • Shipping to the rest of the world: 3 – 5 business days after dispatch.
Can I track my order?

You will receive an email and / or a text message from DHL or the selected courier with the tracking information. It will indicate the expected day of arrival, and the courier will make up to 3 attempts at delivery.

I want to change my delivery details, what can I do?

If you need to change your shipping address or give any specific details to DHL, you can do so directly by contacting them once you have received the tracking info, or you can also tell us before we ship your order.

If the delivery fails and the garment is returned to us, we will have to charge you the shipping costs of a second delivery attempt. For any questions, send an email to info@jcgrao.com

Customs fees, clearance and duties

Your order may be subject to custom fees and duties if you order from outside the European Union. The cost of such customs fees, clearance or duties must be paid by the customer.

How can I return an item?

Together with our atelier, we strive to produce garments of the highest quality. Hopefully, that means we have made a garment that you will love, but if there is any reason why you want to return your garment, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

You must send the returned item to us within 14 days after delivery. The return shipment must be tracked, and the tracking information must be sent to info@grao.com, including the reason for the return, your order number and your full name.

As a small brand, we cannot cover the return shipping costs. Be sure to send your returned items with a reliable company, as we do not accept responsibility for any goods lost in transit.

International returns

If you are shipping your garment from outside Spain, clearly mark the package as “Customer Return“. Otherwise, import duties will be charged upon return and this fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

We will offer a refund for the returned item only if the garment is unworn and in its original packaging. Once we receive your return, we will make sure that the garment has not been used and is in good condition. Once the returned garment is checked, the refund will be made within 3 to 5 days. 

If for any reason your return does not meet our standards, we will contact you directly by email.

What happens to my returned garment?

Items returned in perfect condition will be offered to our waiting list.

As our garments are limited-edition, we have a long waiting list of customers who were unable to purchase one of these designs at the time when they were available. Please know that your returned garment will go to a good home, and this way not a single item has to be thrown away.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

As we make everything to order, alternative sizes are unlikely to be available, but you can always email us to ask. If an alternative size or color is available, we will make the exchange. If this is not possible, we will refund you the item excluding shipping costs, customs and import taxes.

In the case of international exchanges, we will have to charge you the shipping costs of the replacement garments.
